It is Easter, time to play a bit more....        

Did you ever ask yourself why you have this passion for beads   ? I did and the only answer I could find is that that little girl of ages ago is still within me playing with beads, with the same passion and same enthusiasm...So let me introduce her to you, THIS IS ME....and I really would    to meet you too!!



Now you know I am not blond    and my eyes are not blue...

So here is the game, all you have to do is post a picture of the little girl within you composed with some beads or a bracelet, necklaces or just one only bead, it will be nice also to give a face to our nicks....

- Post on this topic and update the list, it will be nice also to read all our comments
- Deadline is 9.00 p.m. April 21 to post a picture of you
- A number will be selected by chance...with the help of an admin.....
- Prize...well a surprise... of course bead reated

I am not sure why I play with beads, but I will try and find a picture of the little girl within me for this game

and you have to promise not to want a picture of me that has been taken recently, I am as old as an old turtle and look just similar!  
but I feel still young and very playful at times, otherwise I cannot explain my love for critterbeads and fairytale beads

Easter 1969 with my Trollbeads Easter bracelet with bunnies

This is me taken in the last century.

Hmmm... my love for Trollbeads I think might be connected to playing with marbles when I was little. I loved playing with them and was always fascinated with how they looked. As I have posted before, my first bracelet (pictured here) was inspired by all the time spent at the sea with my family. Before my mother passed away (pictured here with me) she had given my brother "a little extra" money for me because of all that I did for her. I bought this entire bracelet with it and have considered it the last gift from her. It was my first time ever in a Trollbeads shop.

Even though I have been caught here doing something very un-girlie, I would like to point out the stylish way in which I was doing it. Please note the color-blocked top and oh-so-current bob hairstyle.  

For the record, since this is black & white...Blue eyes, freckles, coppery brown hair.

Marbles might be resposible for my love of beads? Thank you so much for pointing this out, I had not thought about it, but I played with them a lot, as well and now I finally know how it all started
