A little shopping trip today!

Today was our first official day of Spring Break. We had originally planned on going to Knoxville in search of warmer weather, but DH received a Jury Duty summons. We decided that we would put our plans on hold and save for a bigger summer trip.

We decided today to travel to Amish country. I forgot my camera otherwise I would show you pictures of the Amish farmers out in their fields with the horses beginning to plow the fields.

What I do have to show you is the bead haul from the day!





The double heart is for our anniversary, the first ooak for me, the second one for DD and the dice for DS.

It was nice to spend the day together without rushing around needing to get home. A great beginning to Break! BTW- DH doesn't have to report for Jury Duty this coming week. The following week is still unknown!

How lovely that you all collect beads. You'll have to convert DH next!
