Shopping in Cornwall
I'm on half-term holidays this week. Found a TB shop in Liskeard (we are staying in Looe) and treated myself to a lovely Purple Fusion. Hoping to come across some more shops and maybe my DP will let me go in!
Any tips on nice TB shops nearby?
Sorry about the rubbish pics, taken on my phone.

Re: Shopping in Cornwall
Ooo hope the weather improves for you.
If you are staying in Looe there is a definitely in shop in Looe itself! If you fancy heading into Plymouth there are two shops there both are called John Baldwins, the nicest one being on Cornwall Street. There is a shop in Launceston but I wasn't very happy with their customer service when I went last week (they didn't even say hello when I went it
I can't say there any others that close by but if you wanted to drive deeper into Cornwall then there is Alan Johns in Truro which is a lovely stockist or if you fancied heading back into Devon then Stoned in Totnes is one of the nicest stockists around and know their beads!

Thanks for the info Artemis. Whereabouts are you? There is a shop in Looe with a tiny selection and they have 10% off at the moment, but haven't found it open when I have been passed yet.

Re: Shopping in Cornwall
Hi Beadgirl! Don't be put off going into Launceston.... maybe they were having an off day. I went in last week and had a wonderful chat with both the owners, came away with three amazing LE gem beads and a fabulous lab, and then informed someone else about a bead they were looking for. She rang them and they couldn't have been more helpful. Sorry you had a bad time, Artemis.
If you are heading into Truro, do give me a shout - I could meet you if you like.... I'll introduce you to Nikki, who is great fun. I'm supposed to be studying / preparing for a workshop, but any excuse not to have to work, eh?
Not been to Liskeard - new dealer - and I notice there is another dealer now in Plymouth. There is also one in Wadebrige and one in Bude. Nice towns, but perhaps not worth a special visit. Lovely shops, but small selection. If you go to Bude, pop into the bookshop next to the jewellers and say hello to my mum

Wish I could go to all those places and meet you Dorabella, but I think one or two TB shops is more than enough for my DP.

Re: Shopping in Cornwall
aw. Next time you come you'll have to come a bit further into Cornwall..... or give me a bit more warning, and I can come up in that direction! Mid and West Cornwall is very different to east Cornwall... you'll love it!
