My "blue" desert, show me yours :D

Last friday I went to my local tb dealer to look at their beads on sale, but my eye was drawn to this one... It should be a blue desert, but I wouldn't call it blue


This is the side where it's the most "blue"


And here is where you can see the difference in the colours


My mother also has a blue desert, but hers is more grey/blue! I was wondering what the difference is between everyone's blue or pink deserts I've seen very bright pink deserts, but also one that was brown/orange/pink ( unfortunatly it was gone when I came back for it ) Please show me xx

Isn't it a retired brown dessert? My blue desserts are more greyish blue.

Mine are in my blue bracelet that I recently posted under " my new silver's title".
Both have a blue/ lavender base, but one has also a bit of spring green.
I looked at blue and brown deserts at LD recently and I've seen some really
dark blue ones called blue dessert, but also almost the same color called
Brown desert. The difference seemed to be in the color of sparkles.
The blue had gold sparkles, the brown had more reddish - copper? sparkles.
They had may be 5 of each, so not sure if I could make a conclusion from these.

Nope It arrived the day before at the store, as a blue desert it's a nice combination of them both

I have two blue deserts, they look very much like yours. Will try find/take pictures of them later.

On your second picture it looks like a perfect combination of the pink and blue desert also one of my favorite production beads

There are awesome blue deserts on this thread. It is a wonderful bead and I absolutely love it. Here I show a few of my favorites with other favorites too: azure bubbles and flowers on indigo.
