August release

The sapphires were given to the top 10 of the last peoples bead entries, and, as they they are the same stone as the ruby (only different colour), they could make them if they wanted. I've seen some artisan ones (sapphire ánd ruby) which I think are exactly the same as the trollbeads ones.
I did hear about the citrine it was difficult to make, but then again citrine is a quartz, and thus as difficult as rosequartz, amethyst and tiger's eye, which we have in abundance. The most citrine I see when I look on the internet is yellow and clear, not the milky colour from the D4E one.

I don't know much about stones though, maybe someone with "stone knowledge" can enlighten us?

The citrines were gifted to shop owners if I remember correctly??

The 2010 top ten PB finalists also received a citrine, but a clear faceted stone. 50 opaque citrines were given to shops in CPH, I think in late summer or fall 2009.

That is correct and I have one of each. Fera is right with the wording of the letter.

I would love a leaf bead (silver) and glass beads with fall colours, a halloween pumpkin, a bat, a cauldron would be way cool and something symbolising harvest

Well, I wish they would just put all three stones in their line....the sapphire, which I have - please NO GOLD CORE PLEASE because you can't see the dang thing on a bracelet anyway, the opaque citrine - doesn't matter to me that I paid wayyyy too much to get one, and the clear citrine - which I have an artisian one I made myself. I still don't understand how they can justify the price of the ruby.......I know what the stone costs and they are making a TON of money on them, even with the tiny bit of gold in the core.....If they want to offer gold cores, fine, but offer silver too so they will be more affordable.

Keep the loyal customers happy! And please no larger cores in ANY stones!!!!!

I'm hoping for some real danish designs, fairytailes and for glass I would love some more armadillo's in several basic colors.

Trolldog you have just given me nightmares, I had a horrible thought, what if the new release beads are all UU cores !!!!!!!!!

I thought I read somewhere (can't remember where now) that they had no intention of producing anything except the UUs with larger cores...

Some on here emailed Trollbeads and that is the response they got.

I would like some some beads a bit like Beach and Desert but with silver glitter in them to look like ice or snow.

I am really excited about this because it is my first "August new release". In reality, I should probably do myself a financial favor and quit cold turkey right now. But, who needs reality? Bring on the beads!

Agree with cursed big cores, and ban them all!!!!!!!!!
