Never looked at him that way to be honest, but I shall admit that I have been 'choosing' between 4 different Spirits when my LD just got them, and it took me about half an hour to 'get' the perfect Spirit.

Fascinating story. Most things that humans do have a nasty history behind them.

I like the tupilak background, it's very troll... it did put me off a bit at first, but I have developed a liking for these little fellows, and have a NEED for one from time to time. Yet to add one to my collection though!

It's in Trolls interest to balance the "cutsey" with the really "Troll" and I think so far they are doing a really great job with their silvers so far.
I personally think the glass beads are beautiful but would like something new...it has been lots of flowers and glitter lately...
And just to say it again...I'm not interested in Trollbead glass with larger cores!!!

I find the Big Bird makes nice ends on necklaces, as a change from the pair of Lotuses.

Oh snap! I'm coming home from my holiday Sat 27 and won't be able to go to my LD before Tuesday the 30th. Really excited about the autumn release though, the lake kit last year was gorgeous and this year's spring even better. So I have high expectations!

I am excited about then new releases maybe they will have some spooky halloween silvers...a nice vampire bat or something else spooky. A girl can hope!

I've heard rumours that the citrine is going to be in the collection - maybe even already this release?

August 26 is really soon. I loved the last 'Fall' release - I have never bought so many beads so quickly . I was imagining there was a hiatus that I could use to focus on World tour beads - but members' artisan gemstones have filled the void - and it's almost August already. Citrine would be awesome - and will those rutilated quartzes ever surface?

Citrine would be awesome. Maybe that's why D4ever has one on their site for crazy money and are hoping to sell it before it becomes readily available... I have always admired that bead, though not as much as the sapphire!

Maybe I'm just thinking that they could have executed them better. It seems like when they do a conglobulate of things, like the puppies, kitties, walk your pet, transition man and woman, the detail isn't as crisp as on some of their other beads. I know the pets on the "walk your pet" bead don't always look like pets but wild animals! I know sometimes the fun of the bead can be looking for new things each time you wear it, but it could also be nice to know what you are looking for . One of the reasons I love Trollbeads is because of the detail on a lot of the silver beads.

I seem to remember that they were given to the top 10 of the last peoples bead entries with a note that said they were not going to be made for the public as they were to difficult to get right. Correct me if I am wrong here!
