Although I've acquire some more matching beads, I can't bring myself taking it apart.

I love seeing those oldies! Beautiful bracelets!  
Most of the older beads still appeal most to me, as apparently it does for most of us.

I actually have some of my older bracelets still intact. Whenever I feel like wearing them I take them out, but it has become less over time as they have to compete with newer Faerybeads bracelet designs.

Over the years my bracelets became less color coordinated and more colorful, and some silvers I didn't like when I started collecting were eventually added.

I won't bore you with all of my oldies  , but these were and still are my favorite Trollbeads.

Love this thread. Sometimes older beads are under appreciated because everybody is busy with new collection beads and limited editons.
So its a great idea to celebrate the older beads and combo's!!

Thank you, Minty The second from right is a snake bead by Christa (Luccicare) - ever since I have had it, it kind of draws the little silver snake to it

When I started buying TB one of the sales girls was bemoaning the fact that TB was retiring so many red beads. Although I don't wear the color red very often, I "invested" some red beads because I might "need" them in the future. Then, I needed to buy some beads to coordinate with the red...isn't that always the way it goes with this addiction    .

I put these glass beads together last year, dismantled it at the end of summer and reconstructed it again now that we finally have summer weather. (I just grabbed whatever silvers I had available...no rhyme or reason to them at all. I know that some are newer designs.)

Yes, it is a Malawi. That is the only Malawi I own. I thought it looked just like a summer bead should look.
