Runes & Baltic Gold
Even though I already have one of each of these beads, I am so tempted by these tiny Baltic Golds! And the chunky Baltic Gold. And all of the Runes...

Re: Runes & Baltic Gold
I adore the largest Baltic amber! I wish that I could find one that size. <sigh>
Re: Runes & Baltic Gold
I am not sure of the actual measurement. they are at my local shop, which I might be able to get to today, if I get back from a "boot" shopping With my sister early enough. They are TINY. I don't know my metric system, or I would give you a guess. The chunks I think are about the same size as a regular bead in diameter, just thicker, if that gives you a sense of scale.Brightonbelle wrote:Lovely and gave me raging amber lust.

Re: Runes & Baltic Gold
I didn't realise there was that much variety. After looking at that pic I'd say that I've got a pretty tiny baltic gold.
Re: Runes & Baltic Gold
I'm amazed at the size difference in the Runes. We had a monster sized one and there are some babies too.
Re: Runes & Baltic Gold
I need a rune amber more than ever now, specially after seeing the chunky one there!

Re: Runes & Baltic Gold
I have one for my "Viking" bracelet but then there are so many gorgeous unique ambers that grab my attention. I wouldn't mind have another Rune amber before they are all gone.

LOVE those chunky ones too! What a gorgeous runes amber.
I am with you on boots too though, boots or beads, can't help you there! I've got my eye on a pair of boots that is going to wipe out my bead budget for a few months! Hope you got something good

They must be some nice boots, Trollcat! I bought a couple of pairs of boots today, but then got home and realized that they are very similar in shape and color. I just might have to return one of them and try again! I'm just kind of in a boot slump this year. I think I really just don't want to give up my sandals!!!

I'm with you there, Zaklinz! I'd wear sandals year round if I could. Don't like shoes.

Not yet, too many things that I "need" to buy at the moment. I love them all, though. If the bead budget were a little (or a lot) more right now, I wouldn't hesitate. A sad fact of my life is that I just can't have everything that I want.Brightonbelle wrote:Did you buy any ambers then Zaklinz.

I had a little amber buying attack last night. I blame you for that.

I will glady accept responsibility for your shopping habits, if you will accept responsibility for mine. Deal?
