X + others, lots of pics

I couldn't resist buying X, it really spoke to me and was something I could see myself wearing often, plus I thought it would go well with quite a few pieces of jewelry that I already own. Well, it came in late yesterday and luckily I think my instincts were correct  It's always risky buying sight unseen but I am really liking X  My first impression was how delicate it actually is. The black links really pop in photos, appearing somewhat bulky, but in real life they are quite petite, and very light. It is nicely engineered too. I love the lion and the goat, they are fabulously detailed, especially the goat. I definitely want more of the bronze links, they are a beautiful color. I bought 18 rubber links, 3 single bronze links plus Leo and Capricorn. I didn't buy a lock and don't really see a need for it. It is not that difficult to connect/disconnect the links, in my opinion. But having a lock would allow you to add a dangle. I have four extra rubber links that I didn't need but will use towards a necklace  Thought you might like to see X alone and paired with other items. I think X will be very versatile, it lends itself well to many different styles of jewelry. Apologies for a few blurry photos, I was using my left hand.

It looks great! I love the lion and goat. When I bought my daughter her x bracelet, I did not get her a lock. She has had no problems taking the bracelet on and off without the lock.

Thanks all   As you can probably tell, I love black jewelry, so X suits me to T.  I'm very pleased with it, it's traditional yet modern, TB but not the same TB, delicate but powerful, all at once. I can't wait to see more pics, everyone here is so creative I'm sure there will be some clever applications of X.

Ok, I am getting weaker and weaker...when I see all your photos, I know X is really something for me. I love your other jewelry and watches too.

I also love black and wear it a lot mixed with other bright or deep colors. I think I might have to take the plunge after all...

I have not been excited about TB in so long ... was a huge collector and just stopped because I did not like the way the line was going and some of the decisions the company had made ... but I do love some of the new glass and the spring collection has my heart beating to the TB drums again, BUT "X"  has put me over the top ... and I know I will love these creations with my existing bracelets and I will have that strong, tactile, boldness that brought me to TB in the first place ... I can not wait to start ... and a necklace and bracelet will be the first creations ... your bracelets are just beautiful thank you for posting the pictures  ....
