Well that is a very cost effective pic for me. I only want the dark green glass flowers from set 1.

What a let down, the middle two sets are rehashes of old ones and I won't need any of the others either.

I wonder what that bead between the rose & french anemone in set 2 is?
I thought all of the aquarelle beads except rose and fantasy flower were being retired...

I like Set 1, but think probably only the armadillo is a must. As much as I love the flower glass, I never feel a mad rush to get them asap.

It wouldn't be the first time griffin and phoenix have been confused.
There is a famous brooch from the late 30s/early 40s, a fantasy bird that has been called both gryphon and phoenix by various experts. Griffin, being a fantasy creature, has an elastic definition.

Come on let us see the Griffon. Is it a sinister one or a cute one?

Second set including the "griffin" bead. Phoenixes do not have paws and a tail like this imo...
