Re: Sea Fever -
I went to Norfolk with my parents several times a year from birth to about 31 years old when my Mother died. My father was interested in semi-precious stones so we spent all day walking along the beaches picking up stones to tumble and make into jewellery. We used to walk out to as close as possible to Blakeney Point rather than taking a boat. I went to University at UEA in Norwich. When I met my BF he used to join us for Christmas which we usually spent at a rented cottage near Walsingham.
We didn't pick up much amber but found a lot of jet at Holkham over the years.

I lived in Stalham when I was younger do you perhaps know that? I remember going to the beach loads of times but not sure what the name of the beach was though I would have to ask my Dad, I remember Norwich to!

Goodness, this is a lovely bracelet. That bead with the little silver dots on it and the earthy colors is very unusual.

This is lovely, completely unique.
You have some beautiful beads, I love the amber with bits in
ps forgot to say I need the sea too and am just as landlocked.

Re: Sea Fever -
Remember the disadvantages of having the sea near at hand when you yearn for it. These include winds that you can hardly stand up in and getting soaking wet because you can't use an umbrella.

Re: Sea Fever -
I had to give up sailing last year, and this really made me feel sad to not be out there, freezing, and loving it

I love Seals it is hugely under-rated imo, I did have a very ambitious plan at one point to make a bracelet of just Seals and Peacock Pearls, it was sadly shelved after just two Seals
I agree, it is a fluid bead, like they are swimming around the bracelet. Funny thing is, the dolphins actually do swim like that, fluidly with the dorsal fin rolling out of the water. The seals when we see them at the beach, are usually just big heads sticking out of the water, watching us.
