Sea Fever -
Today I would sell my soul to have the cobwebs blown away by icy blasts on a deserted windswept beach.
Being massively landlocked in the middle of the UK, it's not going to happen, so I made me a tiny coast to wear instead
I must go down to the seas again, to the lonely sea and the sky,
And all I ask is a tall ship and a star to steer her by,
And the wheel's kick and the wind's song and the white sail's shaking,
And a grey mist on the sea's face, and a grey dawn breaking.
I must go down to the seas again, for the call of the running tide
Is a wild call and a clear call that may not be denied;
And all I ask is a windy day with the white clouds flying,
And the flung spray and the blown spume, and the sea-gulls crying.
I must go down to the seas again, to the vagrant gypsy life,
To the gull's way and the whale's way, where the wind's like a whetted knife;
And all I ask is a merry yarn from a laughing fellow-rover,
And quiet sleep and a sweet dream when the long trick's over.

I love the smoothness of the stones, very weathered as from wind and water. The seals and the stones remind me of "the Secret of Roan Inish"

Stunning, combo, perfectly captures chilly North sea beaches and that Azure Bubbles looks just like drifting sands.

It was from Jaquie Swain (astringofbeads) sadly she doesn't produce any more, all the artisans on there are hers (except your lovely stones of course )

Re: Sea Fever -
It's wonderful. I can see and hear the tide. I can see smooth pebbles on the shore and bits of seaglass and kelp.
I think you've captured the whole experience.
I just love the variation in people's ocean bracelets!

It is wonderful and I love the dainty size of those beads. I see that you have 2 Seals so maybe I do have to expand my numbers as well.

I knew someone had used it before, I was racking my brains to think who so I could apologize for my plagaurism

I love Seals it is hugely under-rated imo, I did have a very ambitious plan at one point to make a bracelet of just Seals and Peacock Pearls, it was sadly shelved after just two Seals

My Seals live permanently on my amber bracelet which reminds me of looking for amber along the Norfolk beaches. They are the seals at Blakeney Point.

I have been going to see the Blakeney seals since I was a baby, that's what mine represent too!
