Raven about my barrel amber

My dear Trollfriend will forgive me for plagiarising her idea to use the Ravens of Odin as dangles. It really adds another dimension and is a fun inclusion I think. I've been under the weather, and too busy to make the deadline for Trolldog's bracelet design challenge, but I did enjoy making this up and wanted to show off my (non-Troll) barrel amber:



I actually bought three barrel ambers, not sure I really need the other two but they are so great:

@ Beadgirl: Yes, Troll-sized silver cores, but they are two piece cores.

Love your combo, your barrel ambers and the ravens as dangles. I noticed it too in one of the designs entered for Trolldog's competition and thought it was a great idea .

What a great design, I have not seen the ravens used on a bracelet before, they look so cool.

I am also in love with the barrel amber, I wish there were more places to buy amber beads in the UK.

I think I may have some also in the shape of the TBs ones, but I am still waiting on a reply...I also plan on plagairising the raven dangle!!! I think that was a lovely idea, and have wondered ever since the earrings came out how that would look!!! I love everything about your combo!!! Hope you feel better soon!!!

Congratulations on your gorgeous barrels! Your barrel ambers are different from the typical TB barrel ambers which all seem to be opaque, whereas yours are translucent.

So are we ever going to know where these barrel ambers can be obtained?! We are dying to know . . .

I am also going to plagarise the dangle idea. Hmmm. Now I need to go back and look at all of the earrings.

Amber barrel is awesome. I really like the unique shape of the bead.
