Barrel (not Wheel) Ambers?

I know some of you must have a 'barrel' amber.  If so, how do you combine it?  I've only been able to come up with a few bracelets where I feel a barrel amber actually fits.  Please show your designs!

Another sad collector without one here. But I think it would look great as the centrepiece of a necklace -either worn at the bottom of a fantasy necklace or front and centre on a solid chain, with smaller beads on either side.

TB only sold the barrel ambers for a very short time back in 2010 (?) but you can get them from artisans (at least Liana).

That was my first thought, too - to put it as the focal on a necklace. Yours is really gorgeous and looks like it has great depth!
