Lovely! I just noticed the difference in core size too, although it wouldn't bother me a bit. What an assortment!

Someone on facebook said that some of the ambers are very fragile and when a whole is put in them a larger core is required. I think they heard this from their LD while there as a new bag of ambers was opened which had different sized cores.

It does seem to be the glittery ones of mine that have bigger cores, so perhaps when drilled it is difficult to get a narrow hole through? I don't know, but they are definitely all from official TB retailers in the UK, Denmark and Germany.

Beautiful ambers!!!! I love the ambers but never see any in person, and find that ordering online is really risky. I have not been thrilled with the ones I have gotten. I am not good at judging size and they are all small. I'd love some of the different shapes and larger sizes and colors. I did buy one that is gorgeous from a US dealer. It is the most beautiful I have ever seen.
