I think I made my DH feel guilty when I bought the white Trollbeads jewelry box from Trollbeads Gallery. At any rate, he made me this fab box for my beads which I got last week for my B-day.

The purple wood is Purple Heart which I adore and the orangy wood is Cocobolo which is equally gorgeous.

Your husband did a fabulous job on the bead box. He is really talented. I love the choice of wood. The colors look awesome together.

I love purple heart wood! My dad is going to make me one soon (he says). He is getting ready to move and wants to do it in his new shop. I can't wait!

The rods are plastic and are too flimsy for the weight of the beads. Will be replacing those with stainless steel.
