Failed attempt to plagiarise

I tried to copy this wonderful design by naranja...

I feel I was at least guided by naranja's design, but no matter how I tried, I kept picking less darkish beads.

Outcomboed - again! What does she have that I haven't? Sometimes I suspect that even if I copied a design I really like bead by bead, it would turn out completely different.

You also seem to have a stonger wish for symmetry! Paler beads, more symmetric, and it turned out lovely.
I like them both.

A Naranja combo turned into Snork ! And 'symmetrized', a feature Naranja and I rarely (or never ) do!
But lovely! It reminds me of a similar combo beadgirl once did and you and I tried to copy and every bracelet looked akin, but different!

I wouldn't say "plagiarized" I'd say "inspired" (sounds nicer !!) but how ever you got there the results are very pretty!

No,it is not like Naranja's but different and very pretty. Love the Peacock Pearls and Labs, they look great together.

A beautiful bracelet in it's own right, and as MG says "inspired by" sounds much better!
I think this is the beauty of Trollbeads, even if you do copy a bracelet bead by bead, it's never going to look exactly the same, as no glass/ pearl is exactly the same!

Totally agree with MM! Very Snorkish/classic Snork and much more beautiful than mine! Still, I am honoured my design could inspire you to come up with such a beautiful design

Hihi, so true MMP! Even if I try, I almost always rearrange. The weird thing is though that I really like symmetry in others' designs

This is certainly no failure--the labs are center stage and they have beautiful support from the gold pearls and amber. It is a star in it's own right - like Naranja's.
