Happy Spring :)

Spring finally is here The sun is shining, no winter jacket necessary, today, a pair of greenfinches has joined the sparrows at my bird feeder, and they are really really hungry Last weekend while travelling we saw several flocks of swans returning from the south, resting in some fields near the highway and several stork were flying about (single not in flocks). I know that some of us still have snow and it might even return for a while back to Germany, but I hope all snow will be gone, soon, and for today I am just happy about the lovely spring day we have

OMG! cheery bracelet! that little bunny is one of my favorite beads. he looks like he got caught his hand in the cookie jar and made his way onto my spring bracelet earlier this week to compete w/the reaper! love all your colors of yellow green and pops of red!

Very cute! We get yellow finches at our feeder, but they haven't arrived for the season yet- hopefully soon!

I have been feding sparrows and a few chickadees all through winter and for a few weeks now they have been joined by greenfinches. All the birds are really hungry and the ones that have been munching their way through my bio food seem to be even more hungry now in spring than they appeared in winter. Probably building up a few reserves for nesting and breeding
