Happy Spring

I wish all of you a lovely spring with lots of sunshine, beautiful flowers and joy   

Today Spring officially starts and I hope it will reach all of you IRL also very soon! Here we had 25 degrees Celsius yesterday, today was cooler (strong winds yesterday evening blew the warmth away) but still sunny and a lovely spring day. Also, today my lovely hare arrived.

The Spring Equinox is a time of balance and from tomorrow on the daylight hours will, once again, be longer than the dark hours. I read that in the old times without artificial light, today was the day that the hens started to lay eggs again, for they need at least 12 hours of sunlight to reach their eyes to do so. Nature sure likes to make things interesting! (The little chicks probably did not stand a chance of hatching with less sun = less warmth (?) )

The fist one I did a few days ago without the hare. I included the vine bead in remembering the lovely vine cutting ceremony I attended on Valentine´s day:



And the second one I created today.

Winter still has not left us yet, but bracelets like yours sure do help brighten the day   

Love the spring greens of the first one, and the spring flowers of the second, unfortunately we seem to be back to winter here this evening

Exactly what I was thinking. They are both wonderful bracelets, but this one really stands out as a Easter bracelet.

How did I miss this? I love especially the second one!!!
