Another lovely swap package!

First, I have to apologize for the darkness of the pictures. We just got back from a short Thanksgiving camping trip and I was too excited to wait until the morning to open my package

My lovely swappie was Mini Gnome! Of course, I saw the chocolate first so that set my excitement level for the rest of the packages! (And, I just saw that there is a little gnome sticker on the back of the card! So cute!)



As soon as I opened it I caught the first delicious scent - a spiced mug mat! This will get soooo much use! (You put your warm mug on top of it and it releases the scent) I peeled open the top and inhaled deeply already, so I'm excited to try this.    And I have an idea of where the little pumpkin lights will go



There was also a little black cat soap that I had to get a closeup of.



And, of course, the bead! There was a cute little bee bead in orange/brown and two bronze X links (which will be so useful as I keep stealing links from my one permanent bracelet to make others   )

I had a similar thought when I first pulled it out, too Now I'm not so sure. It doesn't mention patchouli on the box anywhere, but it certainly does seem to be lightly scented with something.

I bought it because I thought the name on the box 'Bad Kitty' was funny and it seemed perfect as a black cat for Halloween, and it's made in the USA...I didn't realize about the scent!

Oh, I don't think of it as a bad scent (and bad kitty would be an awesome name for the kitty )

I have never seen a spiced mug mat, looks interesting! Nice smelling packages are the best, mine smelt lovely too

Our camping trip was lovely! Warmer than usual weather, even warm enough to swim in the lake. We have a little caravan with bunk beds for our kids The park we went to was one of the ones that does a special Halloween event on the weekend, so we decorate our site and the kids go trick-or-treating through the campground And we had a family of deer that visited the first few days

Your camping trip sounds so nice! I bet our son would love something like that too. We only went campimg once, in my parents backyard

And very cool that the deer came so close during the daytime.

Your camping does sound fun - especially the tricker treating around the camp sites!

I'm glad you like "Bad Kitty" too - I just meant that I never thought to sniff her! ;o) I was just so taken with the cuteness of the package it never dawned on me to give her a whiff!

I added the lights to my little tree and have been enjoying them as part of my small Halloween scene for the last week.
