Yes, Ingrid (Arielle) does ship internationally...
just be careful with the carabiner. If you put too heavy pendants on, it may open. I used to put a bead with larger hole at the end (i.e. TB Dutch tulip or bowers waratah) that partially covered the carabiner.
I once had the TB snow modified with an onyx ball (at the time the onyx fantasy chain did not exist) and lost it.... still very sad about that...
