Not all sheep live on endless green rolling hills. There are a very few in whose veines runs not blood but valor and magic and thus they have chosen the darkest and oldest oak forests as their realm. Legend tells that the most powerful of them is a mighty ram with golden horns who teaches even the most vicious and strongest wolves the meaning of fear. Zlatorog he is called. Many hunters have tried to kill him, but from his blood magickal flowers with healing powers grow and if he eats only a single leave of even the tiniest of these flowers, his life force is restored, and thus he has escaped them all. Many centuries he was alone for to be with him means to be in danger. But now he has a family. His wife, Herwicka, may be the most gentle of souls but do not be fooled, for with her fierceness in guarding her loved ones she is second to none, not even the mighty Goldenhorn, as Zlatorog is also called. Not long ago, the most wonderful blessing happened. Born to them under the Blue Moon in August was a daughter, Loksana, her fleece the color of the darkest ebony, her disposition buoyant and full of mischief and thus she has kept her parents on their toes ever since. Together they now roam the old forests under the watchful eyes of the moon and the oaks.
