Autumn release 2015

I am completely overwhelmed with this release....way too many beads and other pieces.  I am sure I will end up with something--but with such a large release, my LD will definitely not be getting all of it...

Well, my LD had the autumn beads in a hidden drawer and still in their plastic bags, and only when I enquired after them, they noticed that they had received only half of the release and the other half seemed to be missing

Re confession time: I walked away with the unicorn and the purity glass bead (as well as the X flow lock and about 20 khaki X links   ). Of course, the mushrooms, phoenix, leaves of hope and sea buckthorn were in the missing part of the delivery... might actually be a good thing, lol

Thought of you and whether you would be successful.

The unicorn is really nice, I might get it, too.

What do you think of the garnet and moonstone?

I was lucky today, they had a stunning perfect moonstone, just what I had hoped for.
No luck with the garnet though...again very dark and a lot less perfect than the one I saw yesterday. The shop owner said she will probably send it back and ask for a nicer one.
I suppose I need to contact some online dealers. Not much hope here to see more irl.

Thanks for the reviews....I'm hoping to see them next week...The lack of stockists is difficult here in the Uk and I just hope the shop we visit has the whole collection....I love the Khaki links Snork!

Went to see the new release too   : the shop had only got a very few silvers, the two glass sets and one garnet (probably too dark).
Nevertheless I am positive about the release. The silvers look way better IRL than on the preview pics.
And my favorite bead came home with me for a bead play   .

Wow!  We don't get to test drive here!   But how nice for you!   I remember those gorgeous sapphires she let you try out!  And what was your favorite bead you got to take home?

Very strange, maybe our distributor forgot to order the second part of the release from HQ
Dragon was missing here, too. Gnaaaa.

The moonstone I saw had a white speck so I left it in its little bag - but this gemstone is certainly the number one must have from this release for me! And you are right, it will be perfect with the garnet. The garnet I saw today was very dark, like yours. But the moonstone should also be a nice match for the ruby.

I loved it from the first pic and will combine it in a space or steampunk (the style, not the brand) bracelet.
It's even more lovely IRL. Don't know if anyone else will like this bead

The shop offers the best service to me. They know, if they let me try out the beads, I buy more and drop in frequently

Yep, no phoenix, no mushrooms, no stones (except one dark garnet) and many more silvers missing.

Okay, we definitely see a pattern here....
Dark garnets and missing beads, unfortunately designs which are likely to be coveted.
I am also curious whether the missing ones can be ordered until release date.
Both dealers I visited seemed positive about this.
I am less confident now that I hear your stories.
I wonder if this is a distributor mistake...and am curious to see if online dealers face the same issue.

Ok so I confess to being really bad I have purchased the new chain in a 90cm, all three of the pendants to clip on it, the sparkly glass kit, three of the small group 1 silvers, a spider web and 2 Halloween glass beads but in my defence I do get a good staff discount
It's a great release and there's still more I would like but did stop myself buying the other glass kit as I knew it would just sit in my bead box.

I've just preordered the Glass kit that is not sparkly - no idea what it is called, I was too excited adding it to my basket. I ordered from Joshua James as they have an offer of a free silver bracelet and lock if you spend over £75 and my Mum wanted it.

I am still tempted by the Phoenix and the new FN and inter-changable pendants - it I go for one of those I will need an Elephant pendant!

Starry night is a great solid bead for price group 1.
Did you notice, that many silvers are in price group 1 or 2?

A fantastic combo with the lab and other faceted gemstones which only you could have produced.
(do I detect a whiff of late summer / early autumn in your choice of colours and silvers?)

Advice: Please be very very careful when next we meet, else I might steal this from your wrist borrow it without you noticing it!

The moonstone is so pretty, it would be lovely with some pearls.

I'd love to find one or two moonstones like this. Although the shop has ordered multiples to choose from, they did not receive a single one yet (ok, it's still not release date ).

I saw the new beads, rings, earrings and necklaces today, quick preview (no buying).

Love the Smile of Stars and very pleased it is only Group 1. Also loved thee Spiderweb, nice and chunky, Moonstone, Neverending Ring (also good price £50) and much nicer than the other thin rings.

Love the new interchangeable pendants and necklaces, especially the one with the ring...might have to get that one soon

Several of the nice beads are Group 2, so pleasantly surprised at the price

Indeed, I do sense autumn vibes, even though today was another very hot summer day.
But the light and shades are changing, it´s getting dark so early already and even the warmth on days like this feels different now.
I am a bit sad to see summer go in a few weeks, but I also like autumn as a season.

I know what you mean, I still think of the 1st garnet I saw on Friday. It was dark but pretty and it definitely will blend in with so many colors. Still I am unsure whether it is to similar to an onyx if you do not look closely.
Anyway, I confess I have it on layby
I also wonder whether we see those more transluscent versions.

I was hoping to see lots of real life pictures of the new release, I haven't been this excited about a new release for years, but it seems very quiet here today.............maybe you are all out shopping
