My christmas season bracelets
My Christmas bracelets are finally done (barring any Christmas Eve or Christmas morning additions )
The first was intended to be mostly black, but the little cow brought some eggnog and rum with her to lighten the mood.
And the second is my bracelet in traditional colours with my little Santas.
They seem so different from each other, but each makes me happy

The top one is very elegant but both are gorgeous.
You take really lovely photos. Wish I could get mine in focus as nicely.

Re: My christmas season bracelets
Oh I love your little santa - which brand is he from?
And I can see why both of your gorgeous bracelets make you happy - there is not just one mood for christmas so there really is a NEED for more then one christmas bracelet.....

A love them both, but the second one is really sweet! Does the sleight sit properly on the bracelet?

I love them both, too It is the first one though, that makes me crave egg nogg on a dark winter´s night, smuggly sitting inside, a fire burning

I love them both and am now thinking I may need a mostly dark holiday bracelet... Egg is not for me, instead I see bailey's Irish creme and bourbon...in front of the Fire. Thanks for the inspiration and for sharing your lovely bracelets!

Love the first, especially the cheeky inclusion of the 'nog', humour in an otherwise super sophisticated bracelet

They are both great! What are the locks, I don't recognize them.

Ah, your black bracelet, I've been waiting to see that, strike. The eggnog and rum are perfect complements to the drunken cow bead!
The locks are Brighton.

Re: My christmas season bracelets
Yes, the lock is Brighton (it's the same lock in both pictures - I only have three locks in total, so I swap them around quite a bit ). I really liked the pattern on it, and it's nice because it's a bit longer than the standard TB locks, so I can use it with my shorter chains. I think it's probably about the same length as the big fish or big flower lock, but I don't have one of those to compare.

Thanks Brightonbelle!
I always think that you take lovely pictures! You put such thought into the background for each of yours. I sometimes have to take three or four pictures before I get one that has good focus, or focus on the bead that I want it to have focus on. Particularly on overcast days. I'm also lucky that I'm often home during the day so that I have the opportunity to take a picture when the light is best.

The little enamel Santa is from Pandora's Christmas release last year. He was a surprise gift from my husband. I actually have a different Santa on the way to me (I won it in a 12 days of Christmas contest ) but he's not likely to get here before Christmas. Or maybe even before the end of this year. I seem to be collecting Santas without quite trying
You are absolutely right about not just one mood for Christmas!

Thanks! I find the sleigh sits well. I had it on my bangle for a short bit in a different combination and it didn't sit as well on the bangle. But I do wear bracelets and my bangle fairly snugly, so beads don't get that much room to move.

Thanks I've found the last few days I've been craving egg nog a bit more. The temperatures are finally dropping down again close to seasonal averages. I wish we had a fireplace that works, so I have to settle for watching the fireplace channel But it even has little crackles like a fireplace would, so it's not a horrible substitute!

Thanks That glitter bead is an artisan (I wish I knew which one, the person I got it from couldn't remember). It does match nicely with the christmas decoration beads from last year though!

Mmmm. Now you have me thinking of alternatives as well ...

Thanks
She was on by herself for about a day, but she seemed a tad out of place. The extra beads definitely made her a bit more comfortable. And, it gives me a little laugh to have them on there too
Re: My christmas season bracelets
both bracelets are absolutely gorgeous and I love the Ohm beads!

We used to have a fireplace DVD, but it „burned“ our player because it was neverendingly played, so no more fireplace DVDs, I did not know that there is a fireplace channel, that is wonderful news for when we next move
