My parcel has arrived!

It actually came last week so sorry for the delay in posting but I have been busy. Buried amongst the Troll sweets and treats was a box of Christmassy wine charms, DH thinks these are an excellent idea and will stop me picking up his (fuller)wine glass by mistake. DD spotted that the hat was the perfect match for her BF's Santa's Little Elf Christmas jumper which he is wearing to an office do so I have loaned that to him.
 I could hardly believe my eyes when I opened the bead box, Reive must be a mind reader, this year I have been thinking it would be an idea to add some brighter beads to my collection to liven it up. I kept looking at the orange and coral beads but hadn't been quite brave enough to take the plunge. Strangely enough just a few days earlier at the Newport Trollbead event my  randomly chosen bead from the Advent Calender was a Peach Stripe.  I love these brighter beads and am looking forward to some bead play. Here is my first attempt after a bit of internet research for inspiration

My Mums strategy was that the fullest wine glass must be hers ! 

Very festive, what a lovely swap! You'll just have to remember to swap the wine charms over on the glasses, before you pick DH's glass up!

It might get just too confusing after a few glasses!

So true, also, but then again it can be a lot of fun discussing the whys and ifs of the choice of charm of each person
