Bird feeder bead and bracelet

Much to my husband's chagrin, I put up a bird feeder this summer. And then promptly became obsessed with it   So, I figured I needed a bracelet for it!

This is where my lovely secret santa sparrow went! The squirrels are constantly raiding the feeder, so they, of course, had to be represented as well! The scarlet armadillo is for the cardinals that visit, and the jasper is for the chickadees. I went with a "winter feeder" theme for this one so it has a bit of snow on it too .

The bird feeder is a really great bead and I so much like the idea of your bangle.
We also have bird feeders around the house and I love watching those little fellows! It is only a little sad that my favorit bird (from childhood) isn´t often amoung them - we seldom have any sparrows at our feeder...

Such a darling bracelet and I adore the bird feeder. We have a gazillion cats around our area (most of them street cats, sickly poor creatures) and almost no birds except one flock of sparrows and a few crows and I dare not put a bird feeder because I do not wish for them to end like the Ohm Turkey. But my Mum has a bird feeder and a very personal relationship with the Mama Blackbird that always comes eating, and if there is no food, it actually calls my Mum out to the terrrace to bring some

It's so nice to watch all kind of birds, that come to the bird feeder in winter.
We had a blackbird knocking at the window, when there weren't any raisins left in the feeder and she came back every day

I love feeding the birds! Our bird feeder got busted up because it fell too many times from the window. The feeder was a squirrel buster, meaning when the squirrel put weight on the feeder, the seeds became enclosed in the casing of the feeder. I witnessed one smart lady squirrel manage to get some seed by putting most of her weight on my wall. I had to cheer for her. The biggest bird I got at my feeder was a blue jay.

We have gangs of crows in our area, but surprisingly I never see them in our backyard. Maybe the squirrels scare them away!

Your bird feeder is totally awesome! As is the whole idea for the bangle....love to watch the birds coming to the feeder. The squirrels are a big nuisance but very smart and determined to get their share of birdseed.

I used to run about 15 feeders when we lived in Georgia. I especially loved watching the goldfinches. And our cats always had a great view from the window seat!

Love your bracelet and that bead you made is perfect!!  Definitely a perfect representation of the winter bird feeder.

I love the goldfinches too! I'd love to have more feeders to attract different varieties, but I don't think that my husband shares that thought I tried putting up a hummingbird feeder, but we didn't get any visitors. We have a really shady lot, so I think that we don't have enough brightly-coloured flowers to attract them.
