Re: Help! Difficult bead
I don't think I would get tired of this--its fun playing in someone else's bead box. I'm a bit of a balance nut so with that in mine, Here is my idea:
Might be better to add back in pumpkin instead of azure bubbles - or any bead you have that is a similar color to that ornament and sub in for the azure bubbles--but that is just because I like my bracelets to look "even" if that makes sense.

What should I eliminate? How would you arrange them? What is missing ? (colors)
These are some that I would definitely like to KEEP (because they have also been un-used for too long or are new beads that I would like to incorporate)
Jade barrel focal, Blue/green braid, Red/green ornament, Blue bubbles...the rest are negotiable
This is fun, I hope you guys think so too...this will be a "community" bracelet when it's finished
Hmmm. I'd knock off the first four on the left, and the last 3 from the right.
I think I'd leave the red pumpkin to balance the red ornament, but probably rearrange a bit.

This one's good, too, except I'm not fond of that artisan on the left end. It's too big, looks out of proportion.

Can I add my 2 cents? I'm not too fond of the big artisan on the far left either.
As far as arranging goes, since there's only three beads that have the red accents 5,9, 7, I think I would start by trying to somewhat evenly distribute them throughout the bracelet...sort of one in the first third, one in the second third and one in the last third. Then I'd fill in from there. If that didn't come together, I'd put the pumpkin and the dillo back in to add more pop.

My re-ordering after removing Bluesy-Beads suggestions:
I am liking all of them...need to add some silvers.
Stacecase, you already reordered my suggestions
I actually love this combination of beads, so I would just add silvers.
The colours are dark, and apparently I am into dark bracelets at the moment, however they always contain bright spots like this one
I would love to see the bracelet with some silvers on

Re: Help! Difficult bead
I actually like everyone's version! I think I would pick silvers and try them all to see which one works best. Can't wait to see the bracelet!

Re: Help! Difficult bead
How did it go with this difficult bead project?
I have been thinking a lot about it and just wanted to share one of my bracelets with difficult bead on.
It started out as a blue/green project, but became too perfectly blue/green and needed something brighter, so here is the result:

Nice. Just a touch of red in three beads plus the addition the 3 dark beads to highlight elements on several beads.

Re: Help! Difficult bead
I unfortunately did not have any bead play time in the past week or this weekend
@Bluesybeads, that is GORGEOUS! You did a great job and you have some really special beads on there!

I'm sorry folks...I actually made this combo a while back, but just haven't had time to post it. I'm pretty happy with it and you all were immensely helpful!
What do you think of the final? Anything you would suggest tweaking? I'm happy to play with it some more

You made a nice balanced bracelet in the end
I had to go back and see - you did leave out quite a lot of beads and then added a couple.
I still do not think that the pumpkin belongs, but you are right that you need a red bead where you put it. Maybe the right bead will turn up sometime in the future
