no, no need to email before, the login appeared here too, so I kept refreshening the page like mad until it was gone and I could order, as soon as you press the button BUY you will get connected to paypal, I made this time the mistake and was not logged into my paypal account and so my preferred bead was gone,
however, James is a treasure and you could mail him and ask you to do a bead for you, he has done that for me too! Very Happy
