ballerina splitter
Here is the best I could do with photos. It is an interesting idea to used ballerina, but I'm not sure that a bead could be added in the middle of her.
I tried to take a top view so you could see how it is threaded through the dancers' arms. This doesn't leave much room for a bead.
Hope this helps!!!

I saw a pic with the bead inside, does it not work? That is a shame!

Re: ballerina splitter
I tried it at one store, lecohen, and that particular ballerinas pendant would only accept the smallest beads, like prisms. The bigger beads wouldn't fit. Probably there is some size variation between different ballerinas, too.

Re: ballerina splitter
Tiny, mini, baby glass beads do exist. The turquoise ribbon and the rose ribbons can often be found in a very small size. I am a collector of very small tiny beads and have quite a few that fit inside the ballerina. But they do have to be very, very tiny. Most people stick with pearls and prisms.
