I love my Zucchini double bracelets - I have two, namely the one shown here and a sea bracelet.

OH this is great! I have a zucchini flower and have NEVER actually worn it! Thanks for the great idea!!!

I recently bought a zucchini flower (thanks again to my trollfriend for selling it ) just to do this!!! Now I can wear more bracelets at once without looking extravagant

I need more explanation as to how this is done. It looks great, but I don't get it.

Involved are two bracelets, Zucchini, one lock and a lot of beads

Though it looks like the bracelets cross in the zuccini, they actually lie side by side through the holes in the zucchini. Zucchini is perfect for making double bracelets, and I have not found any other beads which work the same way. A tip to make it work for the beads at the zucchini and at the lock is to have a small bead and normal bead beside each other. Otherwise with two normal beads the beads will grind too much and the bracelet will be difficult to fasten.

But I am to weak to wear them, so I will just enjoy the look on other womens arms

I tried this once but crossed the bracelets and like you said, they rubbed against each other badly. Now I am off to try it this way !!! Thanks for the info

The bracelet fits closer and sits better, I think, and of course, it depends on the beads how heavy it is

Just try to wear two bracelets on your arm all day, and you will know!

What a brilliant idea. I've always liked the Zucchini bead but this have definately moved it up the wishlist. Your combos are lovely too.

I took my Zucchini SEA bracelet apart and made three new bracelets putting in a few more beads too

I think that someone tried it out, but there is not much room in the rose splitter as I recall and the chains will grind against eachother.

Maybe the one who has tried can jump in here

The Zucchini is large and the chains do not cross or even touch inside it.

What a wonderfull idea! Good excuse to get a second silver bracelet.

I just love the Zucchini flower bead! You can also wear it really wel with the double leather bracelet, each strand going through the Zucchini flower. I think it could also be used on a FN, but it also looks good as a normal bead on a brecelet. Such a versatile bead, too bad you don't see it get used very often.

man I want the zucchini flower bead now. can you take a photo of it on your wrist? I wonder what it looks like!

Okay I do have photos with my double bracelets on.

One bracelet with the Swan lock and one bracelet with the Fish lock. The Swan lock is especially sturdy for this purpose.
