Re: Faerybeads Fall 2012
hi Sita,
80cm seems perfect for me, I had some of my FN's shortened from 90cm to 70cm and 80cm, but 80cm has been the most perfect length for me, however, I am rather short..
,
as soon as my dragon with red eyes has landed here, I will order the dragon egg, which I think is very very beautiful and I am looking forward to get it.

Re: Faerybeads Fall 2012
Since we had quite a few questions about the quality of our labradorites i.e. the flash of the stones, we've made a picture of the remaining faery necklaces of the 2nd series.
They're even more magical than a picture can possibly capture as the color of the stones vary depending on the amount of light and the light source. All stones have candlelight quality and are as lively as shown here and truly live up to an often quoted Eskimo legend.
According to this Canadian Eskimo legend, the Northern Lights were once trapped in the rocks along the coast of Labrador, and then a wandering Eskimo warrior found them and freed most of the lights with a mighty blow of his spear. Some of the lights were still caught within the stone, however, and thus we have the beautiful mineral known as labradorite.

Picture was taken today at Sunset just before 18:00hrs (GMT+1)
No stone is alike but they're all exquisitely beautiful. Our labradorites are handpicked and hand cut.

Those stones are utter perfection!
I just wish that I could afford to buy one of these necklaces but I must not do it at the moment.
