A week and 2 days after shipping. No email. Have you checked in your My Account and clicked on the order to bring up the details about shipping etc? The customs number will be in there.

I don't have an account because I paid with PayPal. I might need to email them then. Thanks for your help!

my missing complementery BB bead arrived today. It is afairly clear bead unlike some of the others posted here.

Mine arrived today, one free, one bought. One is lovely, the other slightly less so, but still ok, both obviously cut-n-shut jobs.

I'm just thinking "Why ?" surely it has cost about the same to recycle the rings into beads as it would have done to melt the rings down, modify the mould, and cast lots of perfect beads !

Don't be worried--the shop had to wait for higher quality Baby's Breath beads. It took a little bit of time for TB to make new beads for us. The delivery might be a little delayed but definitely contact the shop if you don't receive within the next week or so.

I received my two as FF said one paid for and one free, one is good the other not so buuut for only $19 and free delivery i'm not conplaining and i'm sure once on a bracelet they will look fine

I received my BB too... I have 3, one is not so good but still fine. Well i don't know what to think about that beads... I am wearing them since days, they are easy to combine but i feel a little bite dissapointed about the quality.

Has anyone that sent a comment to tb got an actual reply? I only got a 'we recieved your email' reply back.

what I mostely angry am about is the fact that they did not tell us that they would use the rings for making this bead.. it would be nice if they appologise for that.

I just received a nice one for free from Goldmine Boutique

I have two. The first is from the Commons that is nice ,but the free one from Goldmine is better!

I ordered a green jade (my first bead! to cheer myself up) so will there be a delay in shipping out my jade because of the bb bead?

I have just received one of the new batch of BB from Goldmine and it is perfection.

I have a gifted one from Goldmine too that is beautiful and I did purchase one from the Commons but it looks like a melted mess. I cannot make out a single flower and have contacted the Commons for as return or replacement.

Are tbb still marking the parcels gift etc? A bit worried about the customs as my jade & bb has a tracking number, I don't think my bracelet when I ordered did?

I bought mine from TBG and after reading this discussion, decided to see if I could swap them for 2 new ones. The new ones arrived yesterday and the difference is amazing! I doubt I ever would have worn the 2 they first sent me, but the detail and oxidation on the new ones is great.

Just bought a stopper for my bracelet off tbb, hopefully I'll get another bb bead with my order!
