Fantasy necklace style and length

I am thinking the new black - although I probably would have prefered a crystal, what size do I need please?

I have the Amethyst 90cm and I find it is a bit short, but wearable when worn with a splitter and lock and too long without!

I guess it depends on how you plan to wear it the most. I have heard people cutting some string to the various lengths to try it out.

I have a 60cm one which I wear like an opera length chain with 3 or 4 beads.

I also have a 90cm one which I find too long to wear as a simple chain over my head. I wear it as a doubler and can fit half a dozen beads between the ball at the end and the splitter.

I have a 90 cm and find it the right size to wear down as well as with a splitter and one or two beads. I also have a 100 cm and love how it hangs low when I stand, but when I sit it often bangs against my desk... Anything less than 90 cm I find too small to use with a splitter. But this is just me. If you can not go and try one on, maybe you could take a leather band and try the different lengths that way ?

Oh, and if you are looking for something different style-wise, there is a beautiful black pearl necklace at summersday´s page on dawanda, right now I own an amethyst and a prehnit fantasy chain from her and both are very beautiful (but I will not get this one *taping shut the „add to basket“ button* because I have just splurged with the spiritual release)

I was thinking about the getting the onyx necklace too... I only want to wear a few beads, my job is somewhat active, so a long necklace would only get in the way...
