No file could high-load: Users permitted exceeded storage. (Suitor storage location: 0)
if i try to upload. what make i wrong?

You're able to upload files to 4Mb, though 5Mb occasionally will upload as well. There's not limitation to users or albums to upload.
I did see though you did not create your own BeadThrilled user album.
How to do that you can read here:
