Blue and green should never be seen?

Some people say that blue and green should not be put together but this seemed to be the obvious combination to make with my new blue and green flower OOAK from D4E.
I've just noticed the butterfly bead is on its edge, I have just got this one and it is really pretty when it is the right way up!

I think bleu and green should be together... these colors matc perfectly... I did it a long time before I had my first bead... with eye make-up... and I had a blue dress with a green boloro... so green and blue rocks !!! I like your bracelet !!!

They are old sayings. My mother still tries to tell me that blue and green don't go together. She believes it. It was what she was taught. I never took to that teaching!

It is an old saying , I think I heard it from my grandma. I think blue and green look good together, I can't understand how the idea came about that they don't.

I have just looked at the delft blue and green one which is pretty, I have been wondering whether the blue flower with green might go on my bracelet, it is a bead I've been thinking about getting since I started collecting but wasn't sure what to put it with. Teal is a favourite of mine too.

I'm not sure if the Blue Flower would work on yours. You've really pulled out the Teal colors beautifully, but that bead is very bright green, not Teal at all. You never know though! I've seen things work that I never in a million years would have guessed!
