Sad *now happy* of my quartz

I get my quartz and book today from the mail office. It is got a big scrach on it made by a machine not in a natural way like it say on the bag. I am have to get my friend to get it sent back for me and write to the retailer. It is sad this was sent from the Trollbeads factory like this it is not a good quality checker in there to send it out. I dont open the book if they may want it back also so all week end I will have to wait.

That is dreadful Michelle. I am sad for you but I hope that they will send you the most beautiful bead that exists as a replacement.

I hope it will be a good new bead. I will like to look in the book I am to wait to hear that they will swap first.
If they dont swap it for they may be all sold shall I send it to Trollbeads in Denmark? I dont now this as I have not done it ever.

Send it back to where you bought it, maybe ring them first to warn them and ask them to save you a pretty bead. I don't think these are as limited as we first thought so I'm sure you will get a replacement. I hate it when things like this happen

It is sent back today only the bead. They will be get some more this week and will send me one if it is that mine is bad to them as it is to me. Still I dont open my book.

A new bead is on my way to me. I hope it will come tomorrow or saturday I am very exited.

My new quarz has come. It is got very much black spikes in it all round and it is very sparkley cut. I am very happy with it and I got sent an other book also so I will mailing them on Monday for there eror.
