Probably a stupid question but I wasn't collecting beads last Christmas. Anyway, when they come out with kits like these are they only sold as kits? I'd like individual beads based on my reaction to the photo. And I'd probably like beads from both groups.

From the accompanying promo text I read the beads can be bought individually?

They look interesting. I am hoping for a nice glitter bead. Though at glass 2 price they are more expensive. Can't wait to see them IRL. Thanks for the sneak peak.

Thanks for the sneak peak, they look great and very Christmassy, I love Christmas and hopefully this year I will be able to do a classic red & green bracelet with the help from these new beads!

From speaking to my LD I think the release may well be the 11th Nov. (last year it was the 12th)

Sound great that you can buy individually, not sure I'm a fan of red and green together.
But I would like to have a few red bead as I don't have many. Lets hope they are really red.

I think that the Lithuanian WT glass bead could mix well with the red group, maybe. I really really want that bead, but I didn't know how to work it into my collection...until now. I wouldn't be able to buy the kit, but I am sure that I could grab one or two of them.

Glass 2 is $53AUD (about $55US ATM) here, that really is quite a lot. The last Christmas release ended up eventually being sold at 6-for-5 'kit' rates on line anyway. I'm still working on completing my Christmas in Australia kit from last year. Embarassed

Are you sure? Hahaha - that is a complete joke. There is nothing special about these sets to warrant the higher price. Good job that I didn't really like them much.

Normal and rather old fashioned normal too - the type of beads that get abandoned in shops and never bought. I wouldn't even pay Glass 1 for some of them.

Agreed, they aren't price group 2 material (not that I think any regular glass without cz is worth that kind of money). Even if I absolutely loved any of these, I wouldn't buy them.
