Wow excellent silver beads, the mask is beautiful and the house is funky! I'm really happy with these!!

ohhh thanks for the extra info to go w/the great pics admin! googled "Noh Mask" and found this, so maybe the mask will change as you turn it/it moves:
"The full-face masks worn by skilled actors in Japanese Noh drama can induce a variety of perceived expressions with changes in head orientation. Rotation of the head out of the visual plane changes the two dimensional image characteristics of the mask which viewers may misinterpret as non-rigid changes due facial muscle action."

personaly I like the farm house (looks very detailed ) and the blue glas bead the most.

I am not so impressed for the moment, but when bigger pics are available from Japan, this might change

Has anyone seen the movie "My Neighbor Totoro"? It is what the farmhouse makes me think of.....

I'm guessing the reverse of the ko-omote mask is a hannya (demon) mask.....
