LindaJo paired Valkyrie with the Shield and I finally managed to own both pieces. This bangle design also departs from my standard pattern of: glass, standout silver, glass, glass, faceted stone. I kind of like the trio of silvers there. The bead on the left is my Carnelian. It looks OK on the bangle, but on its own you can see stripes.

That is fantastic! I love the shield and the Midgard serpent with Valkyrie! And the nice chubby amber 
I like the carnelian there, but I haven't seen them in person to know how much they vary. But I definitely can't see any stripes there

Super combination! The shield is very fitting for the shield maiden and so is the midgard serpent and the amber And I like the carnelian, stripes or none

Love it, especially since the shield has what looks like wolves on one of the sides. Fits perfect for Arya and her direwolf Nymeria.

Perfect silvers there. Your Carnelian is a beauty. Most of the Carnelians I have seen were fairly pale and/or super stripy.
