Lucky Combo

in need of a good portion of luck I have been doing this, tweaking it almost every day, without great success, I am still very anxious about the eye of my second oldest cat Emilio, a visit to the vet yesterday showed that his cornea is still not healed and so I have to keep on with his treatment of his eye, he has to wear a collar and this morning he has managed to throw up and it was quite a mess and resulted in the loss of some of his hair (I have shorn it off) Poor cat boy...

so, this is my latest try to please the God of Eyesight if there ever is such a God.

We will send some healing thoughts to Emilio. Our pug Paco has had his share of eye issues and I know how worrying they can be.

ah Strike, so true, he got his cornea injured probably by another paw, it healed almost up when he caught now Herpes in his eye, it is painful, needs eye ointment every 3 hours (can do that only on days off) and although he tolerates his collar well, I am now frightenend that he might throw up again when I am not at home and might even choke on it...

This must be a happy and lucky bracelet.

Poor little Emilio.  I hope he gets better soon!  Animals look so pitiful with collars on.  My Sydney had to wear one for a while and she sulked around the whole time.  Sending you lots of good wishes for a speedy complete recovery

Tuesday I will do a test myself, the vet gave me some fluorescent drops and explained me how to do it myself (makes the injury visible) and like this I don't have to show him all the time which is so time-consuming and Emilio does not like to drive in a car, he makes a scary noise then..
so I am hoping for the best...
the cat is such a sweet boy, always sleeping in my bed, very good natured and loving, always humble and unboastful, in short, he is a real treasure
he was a real beauty when he was younger and could have won many a prize, of course I would never have taken him to a cat show, I simply do not like that at all.
