Hello, I am breaking down and ordering something from Sita Very Happy 

My question is, I am in the US and I shouldn't have to pay the VAT right? The website checkout does not adjust the total... Does anyone have any experience with this?

There's a different website for non-EU buyers. Find it up at top left of the home page. :-)

I ordered a lock to be sent to Canada and the VAT was included. Hoping it will be adjusted. I have ordered Noosa from Bij Tij and they adjusted the VAT with mailing.
