Finally... a birthday present photo!

I was so excited to get this new bead for my birthday last week. It's a first for me... Can anyone spot it? I also got a Kindle e-book reader. Does anyone have one of those? I know it mentions trading books, but I think most of my friends have Nooks...

It's the gold lotus bead... It is my first, and probably last bead. A store was going out of business and he got a great deal!

Please let me know how you like your Kindle! I have an ebook from Elonex, and I use it mostly as a reader USB stick, since I am not fond of the programme included. I have all my favourite books on it, and it is nice to bring everywhere especially while waiting.

A colleague got a Kindle, and it looks a bit like mine only with more advanced functions. Great screen for reading - just like a real book. Enjoy reading!!!

I have had a kindle for over a year now, and I love it.

Congratulations on your new bead! I have a Nook from Barnes and Noble and love it. I take it everywhere with me and always have something to read.
