Blooming sakura and friends

I had thought sakura would be difficult to use, but luckily I seem to have some ready made friends for it to play with. Yesterday I kept things blue-



Today I have swapped a few beads to add some gold, surprisingly managed to get Textil in too

The blue stone is one of Trolldog's gorgeous blue quartz- a most beautiful colour

I tried sakura with purple too- (not a good picture, I took this lying in bed) - I wanted to see what it was like with stripe of fashion after seeing a picture of that on the forum. The purple matches ruby and chakra very well, but I don't think the buds on the end fits so well.

I thought it might be a Trolldog bead, it is a very pretty blue. It looks as if the BS is more versatile than you would think. I liked it when it first came out but resisted because of thinking it might not be, seeing it used in combinations my resolve wavered and it finally broke yesterday morning when I logged on and saw one for sale on here.
