How I use my Faery Dragon
I finally had some time to play a little with my new Faery dragon, He looks great on a combo, but is very shy, he obviously doesn't want to look at me, no matter whether I try it on my right or left wrist, he always turns away from me !
But I'm going to use him like this anyway, he tends to hang more steady on this leather bracelet!

He´s perfect on the leather !
If I´m not totally wrong he should face you if his head is on the smaller loop of the bracelet

Re: How I use my Faery Dragon
Strange I always have the small lock on the small oval ring of bracelet as bottom of bracelet. When he is on my left hand if I got it right I have the left hand lock and when I wear mine on the left it always looks out at the world. or up to me. So what you have there is the right hand lock? if I wore mine on the right hand he would be showing his wings to me mainly.

I am confused Grumpy? The dragon in the photo looks like a left hand one to me.

Love the leather bracelet MMP!
This is indeed the lock for the left arm as requested. When wearing it at the right arm the dragon would look away from you its head tilted towards your wrist. If attached to a loosely worn bracelet chain it could roll over a bit and show its wings. At the left arm it would mainly/only show its head and wings are pointing towards your wrist like the designs was meant to look when wearing it.
Do let me know if you'd prefer the other version better?

well i thought it was a left hand lock BB but she was saying it only shows the wings.. the only way I get that is if i wear mine on the right.. The gemstones and good locks I wear on the left to minimise damage perhaps mermaids purse doesnot realise she has a left lock?

Oh No!!! Thank you Smaug, no really, it's fine ! The pics I posted show him on my left wrist! Probably as you say because the bracelet is quite loose!Smaug wrote:Love the leather bracelet MMP!

Snowy, attaching the bigger loop to the small end of my TB bracelet wouldn't fit, at least I wouldn't know how to work the big hook into the small oval ring one handed! And when I put the bracelet on with the technique I usually use for my right wrist, he would even hang upside down !
That's why I wanted a left hand version for my right hand as it looks like this then, which I like better!
I still think he faces me more on the right wrist as his head is really turned towards me and I like his wings pointing up my arm instead of towards my hand. I too think that 'wings towards the wrist' makes him flip more easily.
Here he is on the 'correct' wrist:
He looks more towards my arm, than towards me! And when I move my hand towards my arm, I always 'push' on his wings and make him to turn away even more, that doesn't happen as often, when I wear him on the right hand. It's only that the 'wrong side' version, is almost impossible to work one-handed, but I have my DH to help me
Hope you understand, what I mean... And I'm perfectly happy with my choice, Smaug !
