Ocean and Treasures
Can anyone say what are the differences between Ocean and Treasures? They seem very similar. Is it size as well as detail?

There is a difference in the shells on the bead... I can never remember which is which without looking. They are the same size.

Re: Ocean and Treasures
They are about the same size but Ocean is a bit more "formal" while Treasures is more free style. If you look at their ends - where you would thread the bracelet chain - Ocean's ends are "O's" while Treasure's simply open at the edge of a shell or seaweed frond.
That's my trick to quickly tell the difference between the two beads.

Re: Ocean and Treasures
Good advice, thanks Pond. In that case, I might prefer Treasures. I love the irregular opening on my Spot bead.
And NMG, I'll go and scrutinise the shells. Looks like there's an additional shell on Treasures?
Edit: just checked, they weigh about the same, so I see they must be roughly similar in size.
I wonder why two such similar beads were released by two family members?

The way I remember it is;
Ocean = old vine
Treasure = wine harvest
They both have similar details, by different designers.
