Naranja's colour combo's

While these aren't really bracelets, I thought I'd share with you some colour combo's of my glass beads. It's been 5,5 years now since I got my first bracelet and two beads. I have only ever bought beads that I love but somehow (with the help of lovely friends) I ended up with these coordinated 'sets'. I use the creams with different colours but I really like them combined with these blues or some of the oranges.

PMJ, this is how far I've come with my white/cobalt combo so far. To answer your question in another thread: no, there aren't too many cobalt blue beads and I am very picky. I don't want to buy a bead just because it matches.

As will be obvious when you read the rest of this post, my Trollbeads story is one of friendship



The stribe of the sea was one of the first beads I bought after I was gifted my bracelet. I still love it. A friend down under helped me get the pink prism and the OAF and flower ooak in the middle were gifts from a British friend whom I wish I lived closer to



The blue wavey ooak was a gift from a wonderful lady with a big heart who fortunately does live close to me



As I've written before, this is the 'project' I'm working on (and have been working on for quite some time). I'm not one to keep combo's together as I like to switch around but once finished, this will stay together I think. The RAF bead and white quartz are for my oma, whom I miss very much. The blue(sy) bead dead centre is another gift all the way from Denmark.

As you can see from my colour preferences, I stay true to my nickname


Where to start on this set? The golden thread, the first brown bud, the 'coca cola bead', the goldylocks ooak next to that and the heart ooak next to that and the wonderfully different dark flower glitter ooak next to the amber were all gifts, all from wonderful people! I guess the smiley (which the same fairy-from-down-under helped me get) says it all.

I don't know how I ever got so lucky, meeting wonderful people from all over the world and now being able to call some of them friends.

I'm afraid I can't answer in a short way... It's fabulous what you show us here. I love the pastel colors with pink..., the cream with blue / turquoise is so fantastic and that wave... so cool. The cobalt white combination is amazing... I know there are cobalt beads, but not that much in the ordinary collection ( sorry using this word... Trollbeads aren't ordinairy... they are all so special, but you know what I like to say with this ) you found with the LD I think. You should also think about Hong Kong Skyline and diamond like blue... My LD doesn't have ooaks and sometimes I think it's not my thing... I don't know. I love the pink dillo and pale green dillo which are ooaks... so... And the honeycolored beads... gorgeous !!! So I have one word for your beads : PERFECT !!!

Your combinations are very special - I love the cobalt blue/white one (of course ) and the light blue/cream one and especially the golden combination takes me in, and the top combination is ready to wear with the proper silvers in between.
