Fur animal

I have looked far and wide for a beautiful version of this bead. My original was one of the first Trollbeads I bought, it was online and I remember being disappointed with it, it certainly didn't look furry, and had a line down the middle.
I have now found a new one, just arrived today from Germany, still online but this time I could see the picture of it first.

Gosh, my pink quartz looks really mucky in this photo, these marks seem to be inside, not sure how that happens, I don't wear in water

Wow, that's a fantastic example of Fur Animal.

I've been through a few fur animals myself, and grey wolf/zebras trying to get just the right one. The detail varies enormously, doesn't it?

If you ever spot another like that, please give me a shout. Love it!

I like this creme on the new bead. It is only a difrent animal kind from your first bead.

My first Fur Animal was a lot like your first one, too. At the time, I didn't realize there was so much variation in the beads. I found one like your new one about a year ago, and like it much more!

I think the Fur Animal bead is one of those beads that vary alot in looks. I went to buy one at my LD and she had 10+ in stock, none of them looked like the one from the stock photos or like yours (the new). They all looked more like the retired brown braid or like your old.

So I'm also still on the hunt for a good looking one.

I really do like the right one... for fur animal it shouldn't be symetric
