Not quite summer garden

The deepening greens in the gardens have replaced pastels with the promise of the rich colors of midsummer. This year, with a cold snap, I couldn't wait to do another a green purple combo to bring on warmer and longer days. The big silvers bring a nice balance to the bold colors.

Thank you all for the lovely comments. I was out working in the garden yesterday and got a couple of bug bites. Chiggers, thinks my DH. A sure sign of summer on the way!
