I always prefer larger beads and was a little disappointed in one of my dinky OAF beads when I had an Eureka moment to try it in my Silver Ballerina bead which only fits small beads or prisms...Of course I was deliriously happy to discover that it fit and now I wear this often :-)

I think your necklace is so beautiful with that purple pearl and the old antique flower. I have the ballerina as well, I had to have it because I danced classical ballet myself ;-)
