Yeahhh, that's the amazonite I'm looking for more than 2 years now. I know they exist that beautiful, but Anita is right, to many of them look mouldy.

That one was a prize for 'beads on holiday' in 2009, I didn't realise the colour differed.

The only other one so beautiful belongs to a friend of mine and was also a prize in 2009. I guess the collection amazonites are different then. That's a shame Then I will never find one......

My Grandmother turns 90 (!) years old today! Unfortunately, I cannot be with her to celebrate but I made this bracelet in her honor.

• The Clown because she loves and collects clowns and because just like them, her cheery nature always warms our hearts.
  
• The Joyful in honor of her unending positivity and simply because she brings joy to all she meets.
  
• The Lion/Lioness in honor of her great strength and power as the matriarch of our family, mother to 6, grandmother to many, great grandmother to many more, and even GREAT GREAT grandmother to a few!!
  
• The Julians and Stripe of Fashion in honor of her style and grace.
  
• The Van Gogh to represent her amazing creativity and artistic ability.
  
• The Smiley to represent the smiles she always brings to my face. Still at 90, she has a sharp wit and a great sense of humor.
  
• The Cells because my love for her permeates every cell of my body.
  
• The Flowers in honor of her great beauty and appreciation and ability to recognize beauty in all she sees.
  
• The Silver Whorl to represent her love and respect for nature and all living things.
  
• The Retired Pink Prisms to represent how precious and special she is.

for my mam holding on, she is in a care home this photo was taken 10 days ago when we were all commenting how she was doing.. it has totally turned around high /low BP cardiac problems..
